FACTOIDS & TRIVIA

Here's a Skyhawk Signature with a rosewood fingerboard. Of real interest is the flat sawn body. Most G&Ls have rift sawn bodies, but quite a few were made with flat sawn spreads. Often, the flat sawn bodies produce a relatively heavy guitar. Also, as with the 1st style models, the different pickup positions were retained on the 2nd style Skyhawk and S-500.
