FACTOIDS & TRIVIA
Structurally, the maple body ASATs from 1986-87 were identical to the Broadcaster. The only differences between the ASAT shown here and its predecssor is the lack of color matched headstock, different model name decal, and lack of Leo Fender-signed inspection tag in the neck pocket. In a way, it's a "poor man's" Broadcaster.
