FACTOIDS & TRIVIA

Here's an early L-1000 with the mahogany/rosewood combination. Plays great, sounds great. During 1981, G&L basses were fitted with Schaller tuners that had either straight or tapered posts.  By the end of the year, all tuner posts were tapered.
