FACTOIDS & TRIVIA

The ASAT Classic Signature shown here was built to introduce the model at the 1990 summer NAMM show. It has the early circuit with the 6.8 K-ohm bootstrapping resistor. As a NAMM show guitar, it was made fancy with gold hardware, a Leo Fender Fine Tuner vibrato, and a gold Leo Fender signature decal. You can read more about this guitar and two others like it at The World of Yowhatshakin.
